This exhibit runs Friday, September 4-Sunday, September 28, with an opening reception on Friday, September 5, 5:00-8:00 PM during Gallery Walk. Both of these exhibits highlight the simple beauty of everyday things one sees living in southern Vermont, including the gardens, barns, streets of town and faces of local people. Friday’s concert will follow a 6 p.m. supper (by reservation) at the nearby Front Porch Café. Concert performers will be festival faculty, including members of the Peabody Trio, playing with some of the most gifted up-and-coming young artists on the current chamber music scene, including the prize-winning Israeli Ariel String Quartet, among others. |
